I agree with your frustrations - puzles are quite repetitive, combat is shite - everytime I had to go into combat i just thought "again!?!? - oh god", however the hammery bit was fun.. Visuals in this game, and I feel right in saying this, are quite superb and out visual pretty much all games i've played. they are just stunning. The thing that ruined it for me tho was the ending - it was a very big anticlimax.. I hope square enix (?) dont fuck up the series tho..
