A mission I have always done pretty rough in the past this one. I have to get into a rehab clinic, get into the solitary confinement bit, then poison a guy to make him appear dead. This will mean the resident staff will move him into the morgue which is handily by the escape door. I can then resurrect him and escape. To complicate matters though this guy had a picture with him of a guest who he was meant to kill, but now I have to.

When I get into the level I am by the front gate. There are 3 guard here on a rotation. One walks a long way before returning, one goes back and forth between two huts (one of which is actually the morgue) and the last one stays seated inside the other hut. It would be all well and good just taking him out alone but there is a window on that hut that the other guards can see in so a bit of fore thought is required.

I have to wait for the long-patrol guard to be off in the distance and the other patrolling guard to be walking towards the hut with the last guard in. This gives me enough time to sneak in the back door, sedate the seated guard, drag his body back out of the back door and leave him around a corner. I just manage to get out of the door as I see the long-patrol guard on his way back. Too close. I swiftly put my newly acquired uniform on, which handily fits, and make my way towards the clinic. So far so good.

I head through the main clinic past all the drug addicts and mentalists. Solitary is a separate section from the main clinic in terms of both location and security clearance. While my guard uniform gives me free run of the clinic, it means sweet F.A. in the solitary area. I have to sneak into solitary ‘reception’ and keep an eye out for an orderly uniform which will give me clearance. I spot two but they are currently being worn and are in a different room. I try to lure one of the uniforms out by switching off a light but they don’t care. I sit and contemplate my options. Option 1 is making myself be seen which will make a uniform run out to shoo me off where I can then shoot the wearer. Option 2 is just going and shooting the duo of orderlies in the head.

As I sit and think one guy just wanders off. Oh. Well, that makes things easier. I sneak behind the remaining guy, sedate him, steal his clothes and throw him in a basket thing. I now have solitary clearance so head down to the ‘cells’ to find my guy. This isn’t a problem. I talk to him, take the picture of my target and pretend kill him. As he audibly flat lines I inexplicably ring HQ to tell them where I’m at, then get into a fairly long conversation about there being two targets of opportunity in the clinic. I’m thinking now’s not really the time for chatting as some one appears to die on front of me alerting some people, but I’m given two more targets and told to get on with it. No one cares as I exit the cell block while my pretend dead friend is taken off to the morgue. I slip back into my security uniform and move back to the clinic.

Back in the clinic I wander around looking for my 3 targets. The first one is an easy kill. He haphazardly stands under a big chandelier now and again, so predictably I rig a bomb onto something thats holding it up and let gravity do it’s work. Didn’t even break a sweat.

My second target I’m not sure what to do with. I follow him for a while and he heads into his private room which is guarded. I don’t want to just shoot the guard as no doubt someone will see so I nip outside and look for a back door. I actually fine one and it seems to be and unguarded to boot. I creep through and am instantly seen by the target. Balls. Just before I go to pull my gun I notice two things. First is that he is cooking, and there is a bit gas canister. OK, I see how I was meant to kill him. Second is that this guy hasn’t started shooting at me and is just politely asking me to leave. Fair enough then, I just walk out and wait. When he leaved his room, I slip back in, tamper with the gas canister and leave. That’s target 2 as good as dead. You would of thought he would lock his door after what just happened.

1 left then. I find him and follow him around. I don’t really see a decent way to take him out though. He goes to the gym but there isn’t anything for me to tamper with or drop on his head that I can see. What I do notice though is that all his guards have left him….oh fuck it. I just shoot him in the head and make a speedy escape back to where I started and into the morgue.

Inside the morgue is someone I didn’t expect – an orderly. Fuck. I can’t go raising the dead without arousing suspicion. Nor can I be seen in here wearing my suit which I really want to escape with, otherwise I have to pay money for it’s retrieval. I hide around a corner and look through my inventory. I’m all out of sedative, so it looks like he’s going to have to die one way or another. I pull my pistol and wait for him to turn around so I can get behind him and, well, murder him. This is going to be a kill I really want to avoid but I’m out of options.
The guy turns around so I start lining up the shot, but he walks off. Balls. He’s nipping outside so I’ll have to wait. I follow him out to keep an eye on him and, rather fortunately, he just keeps walking…all the way back to the clinic. Fair enough then, looks like thats another orderly alive because they decided to go for a walk. This also means I can put my suit on and sneak into the morgue. I just have to wait for the same patrolling guard from the start to have his back to me and I can nip in. That all goes fine, I resurrect the guy and escape. Quality.
2 kills which look accidental, 1 plain murder. No witnesses and only 1 shot fired but the mission took half an hour. I get rated Professional. Fair enough.

Hey waste, i was quite dissapointed with this one on your behalf, although you were rated a professional i must say, you didnt follow your targets for long did you? as you see you have 2 poisen syringes as always and the dude in pink, and the dude in green both have secreat drinking bottles. just wait for them to leave the spike it… they both die by looks of a heart attack… hehehe ^^ just thought i’d share that with you :P good work though i cant wait to hear what happens next (basiclly i want more posts on hitman xD)
lol every time i tried that TEx i got caught some how… so i followed WM on the chandelier, but with Mr Green, if you wait for him to do weights no is around, when he finishes and puts the weights back (have to be standing next to weights) you get the option to drop them on his throat.. sweet!
