What have I become?

I’ve got a hat. It gives me +5 in sneak and +1 to my perception. My glasses don’t do anything in particular except help reassure that I’m clever. My recon armor also gives me +5 sneak but doesn’t really ‘go’ with the rest of my outfit. I look stupid. I hate that.

Fallout 3: dandy

Society sees me as an Evil ‘urban invader’. I suppose thats more accepted than my previous vocation – a very evil ‘Wasteland pirate’ but I don’t like being branded as a ‘invader’…pirates are much more fun. Maybe I didn’t focus enough on being a pirate. Not once did I say ‘arr’, make a reference to a ‘main brace’ or get any sort of animal, feathered or otherwise, to take perch upon my shoulder.

Fallout 3: dirty tramp

I came out of Megaton one day and a tramp asked me for water. I beat him to death. I don’t know why. Another guy asked me for water and I just said no. When I came back, he was dead. I felt sorry for him.

The other day I upset someone because I killed their dog. They weren’t upset for long though as I kindly applied bullets until she calmed down. Once she was nicely relaxed (so relaxed she couldn’t be bothered to breath), I offered the same treatment to her pack Brahman. That got so calm and chilled it couldn’t be bothered to keep any of it’s heads attached. I looted the corpses and decided this is a perfectly viable way to make a living.

Fallout 3: fetch!

I was in a clinic and I found two patients lying in bed. I killed them both. They never got the irony of being worse off for being in hospital. This twist of fate was my only reason for the murders. No one ever found out.

Fallout 3: now they need medical attention

The next task on my list is the genocide of a city. It seems to me that turning alive people to no longer alive people can be a decent way to make money with no short term consequences. Even if it doesn’t make money, I don’t tend to get found out. A whole city no longer being alive should mean some nice wallet padding…or not. Meh.
