Boats. Fucking awesome.

Do you know what the coolest thing ever is? Think of about 3 things now…. Yeah, they are pretty cool, but are they as cool as this:

Supreme commander: ships with legs

Boats with legs, I mean…come on!

In Supreme Commander, I always used to play Cybran. All of their units look sort of evil, and by far the coolest. Then for some reason or another, I started playing Aeon. I think they build stuff faster, and have better artillery and turrets, but I always hated the way they look, and never got on with their super duper ‘Fuck me thats massive’ units, but they did have some very good stuff, and they worked well for me. I was curious the other day exactly why I switched over, so played Cybran again.

The answer to why I swapped quickly became obvious. The simplest way I can put it is this: I am a complete idiot. When I started playing Cybran again, it was like I came home. All their units just make so much more…sense to me. I can just use them better than any Aeon offering. Plus these additional points:

1. They have boats that can walk
2. One of their super units is called ‘The Monkeylord’
3. This is a Monkeylord

Supreme commander: monkeylord

A giant spider robot with a massive fucking lazer for a head, oh, and don’t forget it can go under-water.

So, just as I was rejoicing at my re-found love for Cybran, something bad happened. My connection kept timing out, making everyone very angry. I tried loading up TF2 and the same thing was happening. Boo! Long boring story short, it’s all OK now, but we had to do lots of testing in Supreme Commander. This generally involved 5-10 minutes of play with Arazmus (me and him take a couple of bots), then having to start a new game. Well, I got bored of trying, so busied myself with…creations…for Arazmus:

Supreme commander: fuck you

Boredom and frustration does terrible things to me.
